At SHOEZ, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
